We collect only what we need to run MEN4M: your account details, your profile content, and basic technical information about how the Site is used. We never sell your personal information to anyone. Your photos and private details stay under your control, and you can delete your account at any time, which removes your public profile and content. The rest of this page explains exactly what we collect, why, and what rights you have over it.

Depending on how you use the Site, we collect:

• Account information — your email address, password (encrypted), display name, and role (therapist or client).
• Profile content — everything you choose to publish: photos, bio, rates, location, and verification documents you upload.
• Messages and reviews — the content of in-site messages and forum or review posts, so we can deliver and moderate them.
• Payment details — when you purchase a membership, limited billing information needed to process it. We do not store full card numbers on the Site.
• Technical data — device, browser, and basic analytics that help us keep the Site fast and secure.

We use your information to operate your account and profile, deliver messages and notifications between members, process payments, verify identities when you request a verification badge, keep the community safe through moderation, send you service emails (like renewal reminders or support replies), and improve the Site. That’s the whole list — we don’t repurpose your data for anything else, and we don’t sell or rent it to third parties, ever.

• We never publish your private gallery, locked photos, or messages to anyone who isn’t supposed to see them.
• We never share your email address with other members — messaging happens through the Site.
• We never require your real name on public profiles unless you choose to use it.

Your public profile is visible to anyone browsing the Site — but only the parts you publish. Private galleries are limited to paying client members; locked galleries stay behind your PIN; and verification documents are visible only to our review team. We share information with service providers that help us run the Site (hosting, email delivery, payment processing) under strict confidentiality, and we may disclose information if legally required or to protect the safety of our members.

We keep your information while your account is active. If you delete your account, your profile, photos, and personal details are removed or de-identified, though some records (like fraud-prevention flags) may be retained where the law allows. You can edit or remove your profile content at any time, change your notification settings, or contact us via the support form to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. We respond to these requests as required by applicable data-protection law, and we take reasonable security measures — including encryption in transit — to protect your data against unauthorized access.
