What's the difference between a client and a masseur account?

Why do I need a @username?

Clients are identified publicly by a @username (3–12 characters — lowercase letters, numbers, or underscore) instead of personal information. Therapists only ever see your username, never your email or real name.

Use Search with your location for a distance-sorted list, open Map View to browse pins across the country, or start from a city page under Cities. Filters cover distance, modality, availability, and rates.

What do the verification badges mean?

Badges show which credentials an admin has verified: Photo Verified (current photos), Licensed Verified (license or certification), ID Verified (government ID), and Credit Card Verified. Verified therapists have passed our review process.

A green pulsing indicator means the therapist turned on their Available Now toggle and is taking sessions until the time shown. Browse everyone currently available under the Available Now page.

Open a therapist's profile and use the Book a Session button to send an inquiry with your preferred date, time, and service. The therapist confirms or declines, and you can track everything under My Inquiries and My Bookings.

What's the difference between incall and outcall?

Incall means you visit the therapist's location; outcall means they travel to you. Each therapist lists the cities they serve for outcall — check their profile's outcall locations before requesting one.

What does the "Outcall" badge on a therapist card mean?

The Outcall badge means the therapist does not live in the city you are browsing — they are based elsewhere and travel to this city for outcall sessions. Open their profile to see all the cities they serve and their outcall rate, then message or book them as usual.

Some therapists list cities they will travel to, separate from where they are based. When you browse a city page, those traveling therapists appear with an Outcall badge alongside local masseurs — you can message and book them the same way. Always confirm travel details, the outcall rate, and any travel fee before the session.

Yes — every profile has a Message button for in-app messaging. Some therapists also enable an auto-reply with their rates or first-step info.

The therapist prefers to quote that rate by message, since it can depend on session length, travel distance, or the specific service. Send them a message to get a number.

Every review is screened by our moderation team before publishing and appears under your @username.

Upgrades are prorated — the unused time left on your current plan is credited, so you only pay the difference today and the higher tier starts immediately. Your billing date stays the same, and the next renewal bills the new plan's full monthly rate. You're never charged twice for the same days. Still inside a free trial? Upgrading carries your trial over — nothing is charged today, the higher tier starts immediately, and your first charge lands on your original trial end date at the new tier's rate, which locks in for life.

How do downgrades work?

You are not charged when you schedule one — no new checkout is needed — and your card on file is simply billed the lower rate at renewal, when your plan switches automatically. You keep full access to the higher tier until then, and you can cancel a scheduled downgrade at any time before the renewal date.

When is my renewal charged, and what happens if a payment fails?

For memberships billed to a card on file, we attempt your monthly renewal charge up to 2 days before your paid period ends, so your membership never lapses while your card is valid. If the charge fails, we retry it up to 2 more times over the following 2 days and email you after each attempt. If none succeed by the end of your billing period, your membership expires: therapist profiles are automatically hidden and downgraded to the free Standard plan, and client VIP access is removed. Renewing later restores your profile and features, but expired time is not refunded or credited.

What happens if I cancel my paid plan?

Cancelling stops all future charges immediately, but you keep every feature of your paid tier until the end of the period you already paid for — after which your account automatically drops to the free Standard plan (or loses VIP access for clients). Payments are processed by PL Media Services, our authorized billing entity, so charges appear as "PL Media Services" — not as "MEN4M." Do I keep my rate if prices go up later?

Yes — members who joined during the founding window lock founder pricing for life as long as their membership stays active and payments are not interrupted. If you cancel or your membership lapses for non-payment, you have a 30-day grace period to reactivate and keep your rate; after 30 days, rejoining is billed at the current rates. Founder pricing is tied to your original tier — switching to a different tier bills that tier at its then-current price.

Are membership payments refundable?

No — all membership payments are non-refundable, as agreed at checkout (your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is cancelling so you are not charged again). When you sign up for a free trial, our payment processor asks your bank to verify the card is valid and has available funds, and your bank responds by placing a pending hold for the membership amount — this is how every online subscription confirms a card before storing it for future billing. No money actually leaves your account until your trial ends, on the date shown at checkout.

How long does the temporary card hold stay on my account, and when does it disappear?

The pending hold typically drops off automatically within 3–5 business days, though some banks keep authorizations visible for up to 7–10 business days — the timing is set entirely by your bank, not by us. It disappears on its own without any money ever leaving your account, so there is nothing to cancel and no refund is issued (nothing was charged). If a pending authorization is still showing after 10 business days, call the number on your card and ask your bank to release the expired authorization; if they say the merchant must do it, contact our support team. Please do not dispute the hold with your bank — it is a standard card verification that never settles, and disputing it can flag your account for payment abuse.

Yes — most therapists use a stage name or masseur name as their public display name, and we encourage it for your privacy. Public gallery photos must be clean and appropriate — no shirtless, nude, vulgar, or sexual photos are allowed in the public gallery. Public photos are visible to anyone who visits the site, including minors, so keep them tasteful; shirtless or revealing photos belong in your private (members-only) gallery. Tier limits are shown in your Photos tab, photos can be dragged to reorder, and private gallery content is visible only to VIP members. We may also remove or edit any photo or profile text that violates the Terms at any time.

On your public profile all three buttons stay visible, but tapping a method you did not select shows a short notice asking the client to reach out the way you prefer instead of revealing your phone number or opening a chat.

They keep booking conversations in the channel where you respond fastest, cut down on unwanted calls or texts at bad hours, and protect your phone number from anyone who has not taken the hint about how you like to communicate. Therapists who funnel clients into one channel also tend to keep better records of every inquiry.

All three buttons still appear on your profile, so nothing looks broken. Tapping a preferred button works exactly as before — it dials, opens the text app, or starts a message. Tapping a non-preferred button shows a notice like "Please reach out by text instead" without revealing your phone number.

Do my contact buttons disappear when I set a preference?

No. Every button stays visible on your profile. Setting a preference only changes what happens when a client taps the methods you did not select — they get a preference notice instead of your contact details.
