In HS, my study of sports medicine, physiology began leading to an expansive understanding in a variety or modalities, to include: Reflexology Loni Komi Trigger Point Kinesiology Intuitive Touch Energy healing/Reiki Mastet Guided meditation Aromatherapy I was later blessed as a “teacher of the chakras” in 2010 by my Indian Guru, during a 4mo trek through India, and granted the opportunity to teach my work, that same year, as her home in Parayakadavu , India. Through years of study into the correlation between the energetic/physical/metaphysical, bodies, I’ve learned to translate an understanding that has emboldened many clients with ways of understanding their own alignment and an through an offering of tools to begin their journey of something more than temporary relief- But how to begin taking the steps to heal their own lives and create long lasting to even permanent relief in their own body. Combining all modalities above, every session is unique and never scripted, with the intention of holding space for wherever the client is, and provide a session that is nurturing, balancing, compassionate and loving through a connection that transcends only the physical… while providing physical, mental and sensory balance!
